Several weeks ago I wrote to your newspaper and expressed my concerns about the high rates and extravagant spending of the Rappahannock Electric Cooperative.
Since that time I have reported Charter and Terms and Conditions of Service violations by R.E.C. to the R.E.C. Board of Directors and the State Corporation Commission. To date, no action has been taken by either.
