BLACKSBURG — Rappahannock County’s Agricultural Extension Agent is one of 17 persons currently enrolled in the third class of the Virginia rural leadership development program.
Thomas V. Williams Jr., a graduate of Virginia Tech, is enrolled in the two-year program that requires participants to attend 14 three-day sessions across the state, a five-day session in the Washington area and a 12-day multistate conference tour.
The program is being sponsored by Virginia Cooperative Extension at Virginia State University and Virginia Tech.
