PUBLIC HEARING ON CRIMINAL AND TRAFFIC CASE FEES FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with S14.1-133.2 of the Code of Virginia, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors intends to hold a public hearing on Monday, August 6,1990, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider the imposition of a fee on each criminal and traffic case in the amount of $2.00. These fees shall be imposed on each case filed in the District or Circuit Courts of this County and shall be used by the Board of Supervisors for the construction, renovation or maintenance of the courthouse or jail and court-related facilities, and to defray increases in the costs of heating, cooling, electricity and ordinary maintenance. ^ A complete copy of this proposed ordinance is available for inspection Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30 at the County Administrator’s Office at the corner of Porter and Main Streets in Washington.
