The 28th season of the Shenandoah Valley Music Festival in Orkney Springs begins on Friday, July 20 and runs through Labor Day Weekend.
This season features seven outdoor evening concerts at the Orkney Springs Hotel Outdoor Pavilion, a children’s program, arts and craft shows and storytellers, and as always old-fashioned ice cream socials.
Symphony pops and classical masterworks concerts featuring the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra and special guest soloists including the Shenandoah Valley Choral Society begin the season in July (July 20, 21,27 and 28).
