Miss Kerns is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kerns of Manassas Park, and the grand-daughter of Mrs. Edna Perry of Washington, Virginia.
She will be a senior at Manassas Park High School in the fall. She is a member of the volleyball team, the president of the school’s Leo Club, the assistant photographer for the Cougar yearbook, and has been listed in “Who’s Who of American High School Students” three times.
