Farm Show Board. He is a 4-H All Star. The leadership group already has met in Fredericksburg, Charlottesville, and Augusta and Mecklenburg counties. The participants met with local leaders, educators and government officials. Sessions have centered on leadership, ethics, justice and religion, local government and education at all levels. The participants have visited a landfill and the John H. Kerr Dam in Mecklenburg and the Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind and the Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center in Augusta. The fourth class in the leadership development program will form in fall 1991. Persons desiring more information can contact any local Virginia Extension office or write to the Virginia Rural Leadership Development Program. There will be a COMBINED WORSHIP SERVICE
