Biscuits should be a uniform medium size with a smooth, level top and straight sides. Crust should be golden brown top and bottom. Texture should be flaky with a creamy white crumb. Flavor should be a well blended flavor of the baked ingredients; no off-odor or flavor of fat, baking powder, salt, soda or other ingredient.
Yeast bread and rolls should have a rounded top, straight sides, and a smooth crust. The crust should be golden brown about 1/8 inch deep,
