Clydetta Lynn, the late Dr. Lynn Jr.’s mother, signed over the deed to the school and about seven acres to Educo, a trust administered by Warrenton attorneys William Bassett and Robert Miller, on April 26, 1989, prior to the selection of the current Board of Directors, * But the deed has never been recorded, and Clydetta Lynn acted to evict the school from what she maintains is still her property effective July 1.
To stop the eviction, Mr. Sedam filed the injunction late last week, leading to the hearing on Friday at noon in the Rappahannock County Courthouse. Judge Horne said he would mail his decision to the two sides on Monday, but at presstime that decision was still unknown.
