She was reprimanded by the board on March 10 for involving the students in the controversy, “use of excessive anger, rage and intimidation in interactions with the students” and “denigration of [Dr. Saunders] and fellow employees,” according to Mr. Hopewell’s affidavit.
The affidavit also reviews other correspondance sent by Pamela Lynn and her attorney, William A. Beeton Jr., leading up to the June meeting of the Wakefield Parents Association when Pamela Lynn announced the school’s eviction and her intention to start a new school on the site.
Pamela Lynn, refused to comment Monday, saying she preferred to wait until Judge Horne issued a decision on the injunction.
During the hearing Friday, attorney Sedam told Judge Home, “It’s in everybody’s best interest that the status quo be preserved until we can have an evidentiary hearing on the issues.”
Speaking of Pamela Lynn, Mr. Sedam said, “Most employees who had exhibited her behavior would have been forced out some time ago.”
He said the board has granted Mrs. Lynn “nearly every demand,” but “like a spoiled child she changes her demands.”
