retained Front Royal attorney Thomas D. Logie to represent her in the restraining-order hearing Friday.

Mr. Logie said that Clydetta Lynn, “as the owner of the property, has made the judgment that this corporation [the Board of Directors] is not a suitable tenant. Right or wrong, she has the power to make that judgment.”

He called the temporary restraining order “a desperate effort to try and hang on to the property,” and accused the board of “trying to use the court process to hang onto property which they no longer have a right to.”
