PLANNING COMMISSION TOWN OF WASHINGTON PURSUANT to Section 7-3 of the Town of Washington Subdivision Ordinance, and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Washington, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday July 22, 1991, at 7:30 p.m., at the courthouse in Washington, Virgginia to consideMhe following applications: TW SUB #91-06-01 Application by Rappahannock County Citizen's League & Rappahannock County Wide League to create two lots out of that portion of their property, located on RT. 628, that lies within the Town of Washington. Two proposals to divide the property exist: a) involves a .4 acre boundary adjustment to an adjacent owner, as well as a lot of 1 acre and one of approximately .53 acres; b) involves the creation of two, one (1) acre lots.
