Two women were injured when their car struck a farm tractor on U.S. 211, one mile west of Route 622, at 1:10 p.m. June 28, according to Sgt. G.A. Morris of the State Police.
Gertrude Fouse, 72, of Culpeper, was operating a 1989 BMW eastbound on U.S. 211 when a tractor pulled out of a private drive into her path, according to Sgt. Morris. The tractor was being operated by Charles Bruce, 46, of Washington, Va.
Mrs. Fouse and a passenger, Barbara Wyville, were iryured in the collision.
Trooper S.M. Knick charged Mr. Bruce with failure to yield the right-of-way.

David Martin, 19, of Catlett, was eastbound at 2:45 p.m. on June 29, operating a 1981 Suzuki motorcycle, when he ran off the right side of the road, lost control and skidded across the parking
