“I may use several different pro* ducers to fill one order,” he said? adding the producers to fill one ois der may come from three or foui£ states. 5’

“I know the quality of their goods,” he said, adding during oft season, November to February, often spends time visiting with h^J producers, learning their techniques and quality in produce. ■«
