agreement for a concrete vaulted above-ground fuel oil storage tank for the elementary school to replace the underground tank that has been used since the school was built.
Superintendent David Gangel told the board members that there are still details to be worked out in the lease agreement, and that he hopes with the advice of Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke to have them worked out soon.
The check will be sent after the superintendent is satisfied with the lease agreement and chairman Beverly Massie has signed the lease. Dr. Gangel said the lease provides for buying the tank over a five-year period, but he hopes to include money to purchase it in the 1992-93 budget.
