with visa fraud, making false statements on a visa application, transporting illegal aliens, reentry after deportation and four counts of possession of a firearm.

The four illegal aliens were charged with visa fraud. A preliminary hearing for them is set for May 6 in Harrisonburg Federal District Court.

Carroll said the investigation is continuing. * • A 16-year-old Washington, Va. boy was injured in a single-vehicle accident on U.S. 211 at the intersection with Route 612 at 12:15 p.m. May 3, said Sgt. G.A. Morris of the State Police.

The boy was operating a 1983 Ford when he ran off the side of the highway and hit a section of Mount Vernon Farm’s fence. Damage to the vehicle was estimaed at $2,500; to the fence, $200.
