Their trip took them to Milan, Pavia, Florence, San Gimignano, Rome, Paestum, Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast, Assisi, and Venice. Between cultural expeditions, the group discovered the country’s famous cuisine and returned home April 21 with a fresh twist to their classical education.
