TOWN COUNCIL, WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA PURSUANT to Section 41-4 of the Town of Washington Subdivision Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code ol Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday.
