At the conclusion of the meeting, a straw ballot was taken to prioritize the five core issues facing the Nation today and to reach a consensus as to the most viable structure to address these concerns in the months ahead. A Virginian contingency led by Tom Overrocker, who presided over Saturday’s caucus, will be presenting the results of the straw ballot for consideration at the national level at a Dallas meeting this week.
Ballots, accompanied by proposals and background materials, will be distributed to those present at the July 30 meeting. For further information, please call either Anne Palmer-Johnson at 547-9727 or Maggie Collins at 547-2310.
