The funeral was conducted Wednesday, July 29 at the Flint Hill United Methodist Church by the Rev. Merlin Shorb. Burial was in Flint Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Eastham was born June 27, 1927, in Rappahannock County, the son of the late Edwin Marion and Fannie Pullen Eastham. He was a farmer for 45 years in Rappahannock County and a retired security guard for the Blue Ridge Security in Fauquier County. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and served for 20 years on the ASCS Committee in Washington for Rappahannock County. He was a member of the Flint Hill United Methodist Church and the Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Department.
Surviving are his wife, Marge Eastham; one son, Dabney H. Eastham of Martinsville; four brothers, Dr. Edwin M. Eastham of Front Royal, William G. Eastham of Amissville, Thomas L. Eastham of Washington and Philip B. Eastham of Hume; and one sister, Frances E. Bradford of Flint Hill.
Pallbearers were Major Cogill, Wilson Burke, John Alexander, Bedford North, William G. Eastham Jr., Charlie Currence, Christopher Salmon and Thomas Hughes.
Honorary pallbearers were Emory Russell, Walter J. Curtiss, Fletcher Eastham, Edwin Eastham III, Charles E. Sutphin, George Grimsley, Clyde Lillard, Bobby Frye, Arthur Smoot, Julian Welch, James W. Fletcher, James Costello, Joe North, Carroll Frye, Dwight Mathews, Michael Roy and Samuel Jett.

Zena Florene Clark, 70, of Culpeper, died Sunday, July 2(5 at her home.
Ms. Clark was born on May 24, 1919 in Rappahannock County to the late Maurice G. and Susie Anna Atkins Clark. She spent most of her life doing missionary work.
Ms. Clark is survived by three brothers, Marvin W. Clark of Culpeper, John M. Clark of Sperryville
