enjoys reunion

On Sunday, July 19 the second annual Dwyer family reunion was held at the fire hall in Washington. There were 117 persons in attendance this year.
Gifts given for the various categories were as follows persons coming the longest distance, Carl E. and Novella Bolen from San Antonio, Texas; the oldest family member Ida Dwyer Cornell; person with most family members present Vennie Dwyer Jenkins of Brightwood with 15 of her family there. Person with the most generations present Ida Dwyer Cornell of Old Hollow, with five generations. Longest married couple Clyde and Lillie Dwyer Pullen of Old Hollow. Most recently married couple Larry and Chrystal Payne from Newport News. Youngest family member Kelly Mitchell from Woodbridge.
