of his 1988 Dodge van on Route 621. The truck ran off the left side of the road, according to Trooper S.M. Knick, where it hit a bank and overturned. Knick estimated damage to the truck at $3,000. Butler was charged with reckless driving.
• Also on Sept. 5, a three car accident left several people injured when two vehicles stopped for traffic were rear-ended by a third car, according to Trooper Knick.
• Un Sept. 13, Barbara J. Tibbs, 29, of Manassas, was northbound on U.S. 522, just south of Route 626, when she lost control of her 1987 Chevrolet, Knick reported. The car ran off the right side of the road and overturned. Ms. Tibbs and a passenger in the car were injured.
