school hours to certain groups with certain stipulations. The groups will consist of no more than 20 children and or adults and a teacher. The group or groups will meet no more than four times a week.
These meetings wil be either weekday afternoons or evenings or Saturdays. Evening meetings will go not later than 9 p.m. Also stipulated was that noise after sundown should not go past the boundaries of the property.
The Town Council also brought up as old business the objection by Mayor Dean Morehouse to inclusion of the Wheeler Street roadbed in the plat approved for boundary adjustment by Fredette Eagle to her lot on the northwest eorner of Wheeler and Gay streets.
