Marine Lance Cpl. Eric J. Foreman, son of James R. Hoffman arid Chris R. Foreman of Sperry ville, recently completed the U.S. Army Airborne Course.
During the course at the Army. - Infantry Training School, Fort Benning, Ga., students receive extensive, physically demanding parachute training. To graduate, students must complete five staticline jumps from fixed wing transport aircraft.
The Army’s Basic Parachutist insignia is awarded upon completion of. the course.
