Girls dominated in the highest athletic awards at the Athletic Banquet last Thursday, winning three of the top four awards.
Marsha Freeman won the Sportsmanship Award. A junior, Miss Freeman is active in sports as a cheerleader in the fall and winter seasons and plays softball in the spring. She also was awarded the trophy for most valuable player in softball.
Lori Paratore won the RCHS Best Athlete Award given by the Sperryville Comer Store. Miss Paratore is a senior who plays volleyball in the winter and softball in the spring. She also won the award for
