Mr. Reynolds said he had learned that if all three bedrooms were rented that would add an average of 12 car trips a day, and that the Herremas could only expect about 20 percent occupancy. He said that would add about three car trips a day.
He said the Herremas were willing to repair any damage to the right-of-way caused by traffic to the bed and breakfast, that they would be willing to have a temporary permit to be reviewed after two or three years, and that they would agree to put down calcium chloride to hold down dust and to plant trees and bushes to shield his neighbors from the road if they wanted the plantings.
The right-of-way serves s^eral properties. One property is used on weekends. Terry and Karen Waggener and Lois Manookian are permanent residents. Another property has a house which is rented to a fulltime resident. All together eight or nine properties are served by the right-of-way that could become full time residences.
Lois Manookian said that she did not really object to the number of trips as much as the having people she didn’t know using the right-ofway. She said there had already been one accident on the road. She added that she was concerned that other lot owners might build houses
