Dr. Monira Rifaat is a new member of the American Angus Assoication, reports Dick Spader, executive vice president of the national orgainzation with headquarters in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Dr. Rifaat is a part-time pathologist and a full-time farmer. She is a board member of the Rappahannock Farmer’s Association and a member of the Virginia Seminal Association. Her farm is located half way between Sperryville and Washington.
