Trail Day
Shenandoah National Park will observe America’s first National Trails Day on Saturday, June 5, to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of the National Trails System Act. Shenandoah National Park has more than 500 miles of trails, making much of the Park accessible to hikers. The trails vary in length from short leg-stretchers to a 95mile segment of the Appalachian Trail that runs the entire length of the Park.
