On Set-Aside
Farmers who are enrolled in the 1993 Wheat and Feed Grain Program are reminded that there is no haying or grazing of their ACR and CU for Pay acres, otherwise known as your set-aside acres. These acres must be maintained according to the program contract. They must be protected from wind and water erosion through approved covers and conservation practices. These acres must be clipped at least once between June 1 and August 15, 1993, unless the producer specifies on the acreage report that the land will be hayed after August 31, 1993. NEGOTIATING THE SALE
When either selling or buying a home, negotiating the best possible price and terms is an art, and it is one that often times takes much training and experience.
