Mr. Martin is survived by his wife of 13 years, Helen M. Martin; one son, Otis W. Martin of Madison; one step son, William Jones of Manassas and one step daughter, Sheila Johnson of Madison.
He is also survived by two sisters, Elizabeth Bunch of Stafford and Anna Lee Woolf of Falls Church and two brothers, Emmett Martin Jr. and William Martin, both of Culpeper.
Additional survivors include two grandchildren, two step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Martin was preceded in death by one brother Mr. Calvin Martin.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 30 at Found & Sons Chapel with the Rev. Charles Clinedinst officiating.
Interment was in Culpeper National Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Powell Sutherland, John Keeler, Tommy Fincham, Joey Shifflet, Mike Beahm and Wayne Weakley.
