REORGANIZATION MEETING
ANNOUNCEMENT The Rappahannock County Democratic Committee announces that it will hold its reorganization meeting, as required by state party rules, on Thursday, December 9, 1993 at 7:30 at the Rappahannock County Court House. This meeting will take place for the purpose of electing the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer, to serve a term of two years, and for any other business the committee may undertake once these officers have been elected. All persons interested in the Democratic Party of Virginia, and of Rappahannock County are invited to attend. Everv person who attends the reorganization meeting shall, before participating in that meeting, sign a standardized declaration form, stating that he or she is a Democrat, does not intend to support any candidate who is opposed to a Democratic nominee in the ensuing general election, is not a member of any other political party, and is or is eligible to be a registered voter in Rappahannock County. Declaration forms will be available before the beginning of the meeting.
