Edith Alexandria of Arlington and June Grove of Odenton, Md. brought Mrs. Eva Marcey from the Powhatan Nursing Home at Falls Church to the home of her son and daughter-in-law Ed and Catherine Marcey on Thursday for lunch. Mrs. Marcey is 98 years old and this was her first outing since being in the nursing home and all went well.
Our sympathy to Mr. Louis Moore and family on the death of his wife, Annie Moore, who passed away on Friday. Services were held on Monday in the family cemetery.
Mrs. Franklin Hawkins of Arlington was a Thursday guest of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey Lillard. Sunday dinner guests were Edith Graves of Luray, Wayne Graves of Remington, Mark and Diane Graves of Summerduck and Thomas Williams of Front Royal.
Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Cook of Amissville were Tuesday visitors of Mrs. Alice Pullen.
