A collection of Rappahannock News from 1949 to present, somt older newspapers of various dates, photographs, portraits, artifacts, and more are contained within the small building which houses the Society.
Each day brings people from all over the country seeking their “roots” in Rappahannock County from the information we gather and preserve. I takes money to keep these files in order and up to date. We are served by volunteers, as well as one paid staff member.
The Society is always grateful for contributions of copies of any family histories which reflect connections with the county.
