ASSISTANT Part time position with / the Town of Washington, Virginia and Town of Washington Water Works as an Administrative Assistant to the Town Council. Anticipated hours of employment are 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Tasks to include: Typing of Town Correspondence; Typing and submission of public announcements; Receipt of applications, maintenance of the Town Had use calendar. Issuance of keys to town Halt users, interactions with contractors for services to the town; typing of Minutes of Meetings, maintenance of employment records; Maintenance of the Town Ordinances; Preparation of required documentation and reports as directed; Preparation and mailing of water bills; Preparation of tax forms; Procurement of administrative activities as identified.
