Relating to Nurseries
in Accordance with §170-134 (D) of5 the Code of Rappahannock, and §15.1-431 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 (as amended). On (Wednesday, Septmeber 7, 1994, at 7:00 PM at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, the Rappahannock Country Board of Supervisors shall meet to consider the following proposed amendment(s) to the Code of Rappahannock:
Proposed Amendments relating to Nurseries 1. Amend Section 170-26 (G). such that Nursery (greenhouse mostly wholesale) is permitted by special use permit only in RR-5, and that it is not allowed in the RV and R-2 Zoning Districts.
This Proposed amendment was proposed by Planning Commission resolution in accordance with § 170-134 of the Rappahannock County Code. It shall be considered by the Planning Commission at their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 17, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
