Aside from the humidity, all went rather cool. The air conditioning provided helped us survive the day. There were 69 people in attendance at this year’s reunion. A goodly number but we could do better. Due to sickness and getting the date wrong we’re sure to see an increase at our 1995 meeting.

Our prize winners this year for the various categories were: Oldest family member, Ida Dwyer Cornell; Youngest, Caleb Cooper; Longest distance traveled, Katherine Dwyer Gregg of Las Vegas, Nevada; Most family members of a family, Mrs. Ida Dwyer Cornell, with 13 of her progeny; longest married couple, Clyde and Lillie Dwyer Pullen, 59 years.

This year we had our first raffle With three prizes awarded, lucky number holders were: First Prize to Lorraine Jewell Dwyer, Second Prize to Jason Pullen, and Third Prize to Edith D. Bedortha.

Thanks to Jason Pullen for attending the beverage table again this year. He was assisted by Bryan Harrell. Special mention to Jeannie Dwyer for donating the Wall Hanging for one of the raffle items and for (as always) the beautiful floral arrangement. Special notice to Clara McFarland Settle for her culinary delights and to Kenneth Shade and Daniel Keyser who assisted with the gifts and raffles. Extra thanks to Ruby Dwyer and Elna C. Beahm for helping with the clean-up. Special
