Michael Robinson
Michael Joe Robinson, infant son of Jake R. and Nancy Whorton Robinson of Culpeper, died on Thursday, Aug. 4 at the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville.
Besides his parents, the child is survived by his grandparents, Mae Bamtziger of Edgewater, Fla., Jake T. Robinson of Gastonia,N.C. and Montrue Frazier of Castleton. His maternal grandfather was the late Roy W. Whorton. Also surviving is a brother, Timothy Robinson of Culpeper.
A funeral services was held on Sunday, Aug. 7 at Geest-Johnson Funeral Home in Culpeper with the Rev. Lindsay D. Savage officiating. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery, Culpeper.

E. Ellen Jenkins
- Mrs. E. Ellen Jenkins, 71, of Etlan, died on Thursday, Aug. 4 at the University of Virginia Medical Center.
She was bom in Rappahannock County to the late Terry Mildred Sisk and John Henry Sisk.
Mrs. Jenkins is survived by two daughters, Julia Frances Dodson of Sperryville and Dottie Jenkins of Etlan.
She is also survived by six grandchildren, Sandra Jenkins of Sperryville, Joyce Woodward of Orange, Theresa Alley of Gordonsville, Donnie Jenkins of Etlan, Brenda Woodi ward and Chuckie Dodson, both of Madison.
Mrs. Jenkins was preceded in death by her husband, George Boot Jenkins.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, Aug. 7 at Nethers Mill Lighthouse Tabernacle Church with the Rev. Charles Clinedinst officiating.
Interment followed in the Jenkins Family Cemeteiy.
Pallbearers were Richard Weakley, Richard Jenkins, James Jenkins, Buddy Sisk, Johnny Sisk and Sam Sisk, Jimmy Peppen and Donnie Dodson.

Myrtle Settle
Myrtle Quaintance Settle, 84, of Culpeper, died Saturday, Aug. 6 at Culpeper Health Care Center.
Miss Settle was bom Sept. 15, 1909, in Rappahannock County to the late Silas W. Settle and Carrie 1 Martin Settle. r
She was a member of Mt. Leb- F anon Baptist Church. ° R
Miss Settle is survived by three 1 sisters, Nina Parker of Amissville, B Ella Rutherford and Marie Brown, E both of Culpeper and one son, Albert ■ T. Settle of Charlottesville.
