would like to express my opinion of it. >
A greenhouse is not at all likef a chicken house as quoted in your July 27 story. There are no noises, no foul > (or fowl) odors, no dust, no air or water pollution and no heavy traffic. ,
As I have no air conditioning, my windows are open, and nothing about that greenhouse has disturbed or annoyed me in any way.
I fear no dangerous sprays because I see the owner and his family’ with three small children underseven years of age go in and out of the greenhouse freely, and all are In good health. No parents would allow their children in a place dangerous to their life.
I am grateful for this quiet and ■attractive business, as it is quite an improvement over the pig pen, bam yani full of bawling cattle and pen of- • fierce dogs that we once endured . from that direction. .
So far I have seen no large trucks entering or leaving the farm. I, for one, am glad to have the greenhouse for a neighbor. - , ,
