Clark Family Reunion Set The children and families of the late Eddie and Mamie Clark will hold their annual family reunion at the Rappahannock Park on Saturday, Aug. 13.
Workshop Planned A seminar on banner-making and needlework in religious art, entitled - Making Art to Express Our Faith - will be given by Fredericksburg artist, Kay Darling, M.T.S., B.F.S., lecturer, teacher, consultant, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24 at Precious Blood Catholic Church in Culpeper. Health Screening Programs Set The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board invites persons 60 years of age and older to participate in the following Health Promotion/Screening Programs to be held at the Rappahannock Senior Nutrition Site: Program on Hospice/Services provided to the community by Jean Morgan, Director at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 15 and Blood Pressure Check and Blood Sugar Check by Marion Sharp, RN at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 24. Christmas Bazaar Set The ladies of the Culpeper United Methodist Church will be sponsoring a Christmas Craft Bazaar from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12. The bazaar will be held in the United Methodist Church’s Fellowship Hall located on Oaklawn Drive. Craft tables are available to rent for $20 each.
