Judge Robertson, however, did find Mr. Taylor guilty of manufacturing marijuana not for his own use. As pointed out by Mr. Luke, even if the defendant had not sold any of the marijuana, but had given some away, that was still not for his own use, and therefore he was guilty of the charge.
