When the prospect of a large Disney theme park less than 40 miles away in western Prince William County seemed inevitable, Piedmont Environmental Council President Robert Dennis suggested the county do a study of the water resources in the county as a means of countering development pressure.
Mr. Dennis said he felt water quantity would eventually become a limiting factor to increased development in the northern piedmont of Virginia.
