Mrs. Eastham informed members of the upcoming State District VI meeting on Sept. 15 in Harrisonburg and a DAR workshop Aug. 6 in Culpeper. She encouraged all members to attend both if possible.
She, also, informed members of two awards the Chapter had received at Continental Congress: One the State Award — in recognition of 100 percent participation in the President General’s Project and continuing the commitment and the second, National Award — Gold Honor Roll for outstanding commitment.
