Town of Washington’s July 4th festival.
This fund-raiser enables club members to participate in the 4-H Block and Bridle at Virginia Tech and similar educational events throughout the year. Club leaders are Randall and Toni Updike, Jim Massie and Tommy Williams.
Tally-Ho 4-H Horse and Pony Club — Members of this club study about horses. Last year they participated in the District 4-H Hippology Contest and the Culpeper-MadisonRappahannock Farm Show. They plan to participate in the District 4-H Horse Show and horse judging contest this year.
The October meeting will be at 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 25 at Heather Marsh’s. The group also has a field trip planned to the International Horse show on Oct. 29. Club leaders
