To The Citizens of Rappahannock County:
I would like to take this opportunity to express my thoughts concerning the recent vandalism and theft of several of my campaign signs. It is disturbing to know that the hard work and effort that my family and friends have put forth is diminished by the thoughtless acts of vandals. During the weekend, at various times of the night and early morning, I received telephone calls from the State Police and concerned citizens. They advised me that my campaign signs had been defaced. Upon viewing the damage, I was discouraged. Nevertheless, I realized how strong my desire is to serve the citizens of Rappahannock County. I will continue to dedicate all of my time and efforts to becoming Sheriff of Rappahannock County. I will post more signs and continue to visit all areas of the county. I intend to serve all residents of our county. These rude and selfish acts were disturbing to me, to my supporters, to conscientious citizens, and to those who have allowed my signs to be posted on their property.
