The Piedmont Environmental Council is sponsoring two forums on VDOT plans for the Washington Outer Beltway. VDOT is expected to select a route by June 1996. One forum has already been held in Loudoun County. The remaining forums are in Fauquier and Prince William counties. Correction The charge of failure to yield the right of way against Stella Cadwalader in General District Court Sept. 19 was dismissed. The case had been continued from last spring. The Rappahannock News regrets the error.
