Otho Grimsley Jr.
Mr. Otho “Tom” Bryant Grimsley Jr„ 71, of Culpeper died Wednesday, Sept. 27 at University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville.
Mr. Grimsley was bom Sept. 24, 1924, in Rappahannock County, son of the late Otho Sr. and Mable Clara Whorton Grimsley.
He was retired from Culpeper Auto Parts and attended Hope Hill Baptist Church in Castleton.
Survivors include his wife, Beatrice Yowell Grimsley of Culpeper; a step-son, Robert L. Acree of Reva; a sister, Clara E. Nicely of Silver Spring, Md.; four step-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; three nieces and five nephews.
Funeral services were held at Clore Funeral Home in Culpeper on Friday, Sept. 29 with Rev. Milton Switzer Sr. officiating.
Interment followed at Culpeper National Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Bobby Acree Jr., Tim Acree, Ronnie Peters, Jimmy Timberlake, Roy Lee Knighting and Dave Richardson.
Michael Dellinger
Michael DeWitt Dellinger, born April 9, 1953, at Bethesda Naval Hospital died May 14, 1995 at his home in Downingtown, Pa.
Mike was a 1971 graduate of Mount Vernon High School in. Alexandria. He was employed by General Electric. He was also a master gunsmith.
Survivors include his wife, Holly Serrell; one son, Wesley Scott Dellinger; his parents, Clyde E. and Evelyn S. Dellinger of Scrabble; three brothers, Raymond E. Dellinger of Warrenton, Nicholas E. Dellinger of Centreville and Daniel J. Dellinger of Scrabble.
Mike was predeceased by his grandparents, James P. and Rose B, Dellinger and Jacob H. and Addie M. Sisk.
