Skilled dried flower arrangers are practicing their artistry in creating the hundreds of dried flower arrangements that will be available for sale during the 39th Annual Rappahannock County House Tour and Dried Flower Sale on the weekend of Oct. 21 and 22.
These women are members of The Episcopal Churchwomen of Trinity Church in Washington. Decorators, both professional and others, come from all over the area to find arrangements for their varying needs. One of original 39year-old flower arrangements made by the late George Davis
