A 19 year-old former RCHS student and three juveniles tried to get into the dance at RCHS on Sept. 22 but were denied entry and told to leave.
Matthew Ketchum, 19, of Bealeton, was arrested by Capt. Jeff Brown and charged with driving under the influence, possession of a firearm on school property, and possession of alcohol under the age of 21. Mr. Ketchum had a BB gun in his car while he was on school property trying to attend the dance.
