Albert Gatewood, 38, of Washington, was arrested last Thursday for sexual abuse of a child and sexual assault of a child.
A 14 year-old girl filed the complaint with the Sheriff’s Office against Mr. Gatewood, alleging that the incidents occurred last January 1.
When Mr. Gatewood was brought into the magistrate’s office last Thursday, according to Sheriff John Henry Woodward, a confrontation occurred between Mr. Gatewood and magistrate George Samoszenko and Mr. Gatewood was further charged with curse and abuse.
Sheriff Woodward also said that Mr. Gatewood’s sister, Bonita Lynn Gatewood, 31, of Washington, became abusive in the magistrate’s office while she was there with her broth
