HOME ECONOMICS 1 cup baking raisins 1. Turn oven on and set to 350 degrees F. 2. Crack eggs into large bowl. Stir with a fork until yolks and whites are well mixed. Using a spoon, stir in vegetable oil and brownie mix, stirring until evenly mixed. Stir in SunMaid Baking Raisins. 3. Divide dough into 4 equal pieces (about 1 cup each)> 4. Work with one piece of dough at a time. On a cutting board, shape into a log. Roll the dough back and forth until logs is 10-inches long. Roll out the other 3 pieces of dough the same way. Place 2 logs on a cookie sheet, leaving 3 inches between logs. 5. Place cookie sheets in upper third of oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. 6. Use potholders and carefully remove cookie sheets from oven. Leaving brownie logs on cookie sheets, place sheets on wire racks to cool. Turn oven off. 7. Cool brownie logs completely before removing from cookie sheets. Cut into diagonal slices about 1 1/2 inches wide. 8. Store in tightly covered container.

Makes 3 dozen Raisin Krunchers 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar ' 1/2 cup light com syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 1/2 cups toasted rice cereal 2 cups rolled oats 1 cup baking raisins 1. Grease an 8-inch square pan by rubbing the surface lightly with shortening or butter. Set aside. 2. Place peanut butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in large microwave-safe glass or plastic bowl. 3. Place bowl in microwave oven. Turn microwave on high (100 percent) and cook for 2 minutes.' 4. Remove bowl from microwave. Add vanilla; stir with spoon until mixture is smooth. 5. Add rice cereal, oats and SunMaid Baking Raisins. Gently stir without crushing cereal. 6. Spoon into prepared pan. Press mixture down firmly with fingertips to pack. 7. Let stand 30 minutes. Cut into bars. Wrap bars in plastic wrap. 8. Store in tightly covered container.
