He is also survived by two sisters, Lilly Fincham of Sperryville, ancl Betty Lou Wean of Woodbridge and one brother, Bobby Lewis Thomas of Overall.
Additional survivors include 19 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy Thomas and James Thomas.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Dec. 6 at Found & Sons Chapel with the Rev. Joel L. Cress officiating.
Interment followed in Sperryville Cemetery with military honors.
Pallbearers were Lonnie Gene Clatterbdck, Deray Wean, John Allen Atkins, Walter M. Jenkins, James Wesley Keys IJ and Robert Wayne Thomas.
Found & Sons Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
